These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and AWASHDIRECT LLC, operating as Servicio UniTeller, Inc. ("Servicio UniTeller", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the website, or using our services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction in which our Services are restricted. Some Services may not be available in all U.S. states or jurisdictions.
To open an account you must provide accurate registration information, including your full name, email address, country of residence, and any additional information requested as part of identity verification (KYC). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
We provide a custodial wallet service that holds supported digital assets on behalf of verified customers. You authorize us, as your custodian, to hold supported digital assets in your account and to execute transfer instructions you submit through our interface. We may delay, decline, or reverse instructions where required by applicable law or our internal policies.
Outbound transfers may be subject to network confirmations, network fees, address verification, and risk-based review. Transaction limits depend on your verification level. You are responsible for providing correct destination addresses; transactions sent to incorrect, unsupported, or incompatible addresses may be unrecoverable.
We may charge fees for certain Services. Network fees may apply on outgoing transfers and vary with network conditions. Applicable fees will be disclosed prior to confirming a transaction.
Cryptocurrency involves risk. Digital assets may lose value, including total loss. Markets can be volatile, illiquid, and subject to operational, technological, and regulatory risks. We do not provide investment advice, do not guarantee profits or investment returns, and do not recommend any digital asset or strategy.
You agree not to use the Services to engage in unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, unauthorized access to systems, or activity that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in or suspected of engaging in prohibited activity.
We comply with applicable U.S. financial regulations, including AML and KYC requirements. We may collect, retain, and disclose information about you and your transactions as required by law, including in response to lawful requests from regulatory and law-enforcement authorities.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services or any account at any time, including where we are required to do so by law, where we suspect fraud or unauthorized use, or where activity violates these Terms.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWASHDIRECT LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where pre-empted by U.S. federal law.
